Start with a secure, therapist-reviewed intake. This short form helps us understand your needs, challenges, and goals. We’ll match you with a licensed therapist in your state who’s trained to deliver the GolfRx method.

Step 2: Get Matched With a Therapist
After intake, you’ll be paired with a licensed mental health professional. Your therapist will:
- Evaluate your clinical needs
- Determine if GolfRx is a fit for your treatment
- Customize your wellness plan
- Provide documentation for HSA/FSA or tax deduction if applicable
GolfRx is often used to treat stress, anxiety, burnout, PTSD, or depression.
Step 3: Begin Your Personalized GolfRx Program
Once approved, you’ll begin a structured 12-week program that includes:
- ⛳️ Reimbursed golf every month
- 🧘♂️ Mindfulness & reflection prompts designed by therapists
- 📓 Journaling, tracking, and accountability tools
- 📱 Client portal for mobile check-ins & resources
- 🤝 Optional therapist sessions (virtual or in-person)
